PROVIDING ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES FOR BOTH COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS

ARCHITECTS
Why should you retain an architect at the beginning of your project?
Before that police officer arrives on the scene . . . an architect has incorporated doors, locks, windows, and fences for security. Before that firefighter has rolled out the first water hose . . . an architect has planned appropriate egress exits and has specified required fire-resistant materials. Before the ambulance was dispatched for the trip to the medical facility . . . an architect envisioned a medical school that trained the medical staff. In fact . . . an architect designed the police station, the firehouse, and the hospital where they all reside.
Why are architects important?
Two words . . . PUBLIC SAFETY. The most important aspect of an architect’s profession is safety codes and regulations. From the outset of a design the architect is charged with review and application of safety codes to the careful inspection of the construction for compliance to those safety codes. The location of a building; the cost of a building; the look of a building . . . are all important elements of any building. But nothing is more important than a human life! *
* Lebo Architecture would greatly appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your architectural service needs. But should you elect to seek another architect . . . try to ensure that the architect’s greatest asset is enforcing public safety.
